The Sami are the indigenous people of northern Scandinavia and Northern Russsia. Many of them live of the reindeer. The migration from the tundra to the coast in sprintime and the same jouney back in the late fall are the main annually events. In addition to the extreme cold in the wintertime they are challenged with urban development on their feeding grounds and the changing climate.
